Jan, You are killing me. I ride a KLR, not to save gas, not for the smiles, but because it is the only way I can get grasshopper stains on my teeth during the August locust season. I had to go with the KLR because....My wife/daughter (age 7) object to the canine propensity of hanging my head out the window of the suburban to let my ears flop in the wind. She says, 'Its not becoming of a rev....'
