HI Jim, Free market economy at work? prolly not. This has all the markings of a reverse-scam, or an angry wife, or his deviant 10yo 4th grader playing a prank on his unsuspecting dad!!!! Do you suppose this is an attempt to get an insurance claim justified? Did did notice that it is for sale in NJ, and shipping from Thailand to NJ would be slightly higher to NJ than say, to the moon. But then again, I don't have my shipping tables immediately accessible this morning. revmaaatin. not really a shipping magnate

ebay klr brake bracket-beware

Post by revmaaatin » Fri Feb 17, 2006 3:10 pm

Hi Jeff, You are right! It is in fact a rear brake caliper bracket as described by the updated ad now: SNIP<><><><> On Feb-17-06 at 11:27:50 PST, seller added the following information: Please note as I have described above: This bracket holds the rear brake CALIPER to the swingarm - not the infamous bracket that holds the rear brake MASTER CYLINDER to the frame. SNIPPPP<><><> ---------------------------------------------------------------------- -and then added this amendment also- SNIP<><><><><> On Feb-17-06 at 12:10:27 PST, seller added the following information: I have verified by email correspondence with F1 Engineering: This part is NOT manufactured by F1 Engineering - It is an OEM Kawasaki part painted army green. I am sorry for any confusion this may have caused. unSNIP<><><><> There it is:~) It was the initial description of REAR BRAKE BRACKET that took me by surprise. The full description states it is for the rear caliper. Sorry to cause any confusion. revmaaatin. still cold in the Sioux Empire.... still waiting for a pint-US of Gavins's Aussie sunshine how long should I wait.... --- In DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com, "Jeffrey Feldman" wrote:
