It's 2656 Farmer road. Gray corrugated building next to the fire staion, or, across street from cemetary. If you're coming from direction of Romona, go the stop sign at the Wrong Branch Saloon, turn left, go about 76-100 yards, look for bikes and fore station on right. Starts 8AM w/cofee and donuts, Feb 19th. Lunch whenever, ends when we're too tired or just plain done. Buddy and I are doing the hosting with food and drink. Cost is whatever parts you use there, and if you want to chip in for the food. No credit cards - bank w/ATM down the street. Lifts and tools there, 1st come/1st served. tools for balancer lever stuff (aka hickey), valve adj, etc. Oil & filter, balancer lever kits (all the parts, inc gaskets, bolts, etc), valve shim bank/exchange on premises (chip in $$ to keep common sizes in stock). Lots of free advice - some really good, lots of opinions :-)! All the best, Mike Eagle Mfg & Eng since 1990 San Diego, Ca

Anybody going to Julian this weekend have: Aluminum skidplate Plastic skidplate Barkbuster handguards, acerbis or plain metal or even the regular plastic ones(fingers taking a beating) the bar that keeps the saddlebags off the muffler lightly used rear D606 or other 50/50 tire rear stainless steel break lines picture or proof of a blue nun walking a three legged dog I'll buy em, if you bring it with a good price. I smelled the barbeque going full blast at the Julian Water Department and stopped by for the free food. Doohickey surgery on my bike was done early on so I just helped others out a little. I'm always surprised that there is a never ending parade of KLRs in the San Diego area that need doohickey upgrades. I rarely see any locally in the showroom so I don't understand where are they comming from. Every three or four months another dozen or more get the job done under tutelage of the experts. This time multisurfacemotorcycling.com reps showed up with their latest goodies and I purchased an Iridium spark plug from them. That added almost 5 more horsepower in my mind because it costs about 5 bucks more than a regular plug. I can visualize another 10hp from their aftermarket KLR piston - it looks so good. Gotta thank Eagle Mike and the Buddy Seifert for hosting another good one. -svt- ______________________________________________________ Yahoo! for Good Donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort. http://store.yahoo.com/redcross-donate3/

Buddy & I will be hosting another tech day Saturday, Nov 19th. I will be updating the leftcoastklrs.com website to reflect this in the next few hours. If you come, and are capable of doing your own wrenching, please let us know, and as usual we have tools to loan. If you are going to need help or advice with the wrenching, or parts, you MUST email me and let me know. We will be limiting the amount of work attempted in one day. We must allow for the skills of the attendees, and the workload of the hosts. Thanks for your understanding. We will be having another on in early Feb, I'm sure. In other words, don't try to do too much in one day! And, remember to email me, PLEASE! Thanks! :) All the best, Mike
