A couple of people asked for the jetting I am running with my FMF Q. Here is what I have; a FMF Q S/A Modular Muffle with a Big Gun Header pipe (I do not think it made any improvements, but looks cool). I have cut out the air box and run a UNI foam air filter and for jetting, I used a Dynojet kit using stage 1 with DJ140 main jet. This has greatly improved my KLR performance and ride ability and I went from an average of 40/44 mpg to 52 mpg. Now take in account that this is done with a Seat of the pants dyno, I think that is all that matters. Seems you got to have your cake and eat it too. Please elaborate on your rejetting setup; did you use a dynojet kit, what did you actually change in the carb, etc? Thanks in advance, and regards, Maurice
