differance from klr 600 to klr 60

I was checking out the photos and was curious about the exhaust mods folder. Who posted this and can you tell me a little about what you did here, where you got the parts, what advantages/disadvantages did you get after the mod? What was your intial hope for result? I am also very curious about these exhaust mods. I would prefer not to pay a small fortune for a new exhuast, but I would like to increase the flow of the one I have. Russ

Count me in to ! I would like a recommendation for a aftermarket exhaust. Something that keeps the noise level low, dont have to do any carb jetting, or airbox changes, but still give the bike a little more "breath- ability"

If you read back in the archives far enough and long enough, yeah it takes a lot of job dissatisfaction to bear that, you'll find the answer. The Laser Pro Duro, look for the writeups on it. About the same noise level as stock, doesn't need repacking and seems to run just dandy on stock jetting. People from the group have tens of thousands of miles on them with consistent sound and no troubles. On Friday you can find out that http://www.arrowheadmotorsports.com/ has them.

I have a KLR 600 and a KLR 650 engine, the 600 is a basket case but all parst are there. I would like to know what egine parts are inner changeable between these. Cylinder, cam, valves, cases, What ever there is I would like to know. What does not fit it will be going to ebay. Thank you Sean
