my bike got stolen and trashed. need to buy used components for it

I need to buy the speedo/tachometer on my 98 KLR, since it was busted when my bike was stolen a few months back. Anyone knows where to buy this stuff used. I have checked a few salvages in california but no luck, it seems these bikes do not break down ever. I have 70K miles on mine and still runs pretty good, not witstanding all the damage it took when it was stolen.
