From the comments hear, what I've heard elsewhere + the pics at Dual Star's site, the battery fits in the compartment laying on its side - terminals facing out to the left. You have to extend the length of the bulleted control wire by about 3". No other mods req'd. Tom, No, I haven't even bought it yet. I was just doing a little 'research' on the List to see how people liked them. My OEM still cranked the bike over this a.m. (12 deg.) fine.
