balancing tires
Now I'm confused. Does the slime eventually solidify somewhat? (Like
Pepto--coat, soothe, relieve. I had imagined it kind of coating the
inside of the tube with a thin layer that jell-o'ed up.) Or does it
remain liquid? If it remains liquid, wouldn't it create one hell of a
wobble in the tire?

I bet it does more like centrifically (sp?) and uniformly coats the
outter rolling inside surface. Hence goo over small hole and no air
sneaks out to ruin your ride. ( In thought at least )
Seems like it would make one hellofa mess if the hole was large
enough to let it squish out.
I have HD and UHA tubes and hope I never need slime.

I've had it happen. It's a mess but really not all that bad. I never use patches though. Plus, the Slime wipes off leaving your hands clean. It's not like you're going to stay clean changing a tube anyway. Devon>I bet it does more like centrifically (sp?) and uniformly coats the >outter rolling inside surface.
