grips, what to buy?

Post by wtm07112000 » Fri Jul 16, 2004 5:06 pm

I know there are alot of options when it comes to grips and I don't like the stock ones on my 04 klr. I'd like to hear some opinions from you all about what you like, Thanks, Bill.

In '71 I landed a job swamping out pans at a local smorgasbord. One of those sweet jobs you land in, the owner was a Swede and into Huskys. He hauled his son and me to the AMA Nationals and the Trans-AM races held in California. We were leaving the race at Carnegie Park and as we were passing the pits Rolf hears swedish being spoken - turns out swedish is the common nordic tongue - and walks into the tent and stars yaking with them. A few minutes later he pulls Thomas and me in and I found myself sitting with Ake Johnson, Roger DeCoster, Hikki Mikola, Joel Robert and Adolf Weil. I was awed to be amongst these gods.
