oil on the swingarm

Hi, Can anyone give me the short synopsis of the helmet laws in Wyoming? I have searched a bit on the web and am a little unsure of the actual facts. Thanks, John

If you have over oiled your airfilter the excess will drain out the bottom of the airbox. Richard Korpela A15 Chapleau, ON
