Hey all as stated in the FAQ: (I've seen one Twin Air filter that was too small for the filter basket, and didn't have a hole for the screw. Don't know if this was an isolated case or the wrong part number.) ordered the filter--got it today, and i agree it IS to small and DOESN't have a hole for the screw part #151602 KLR650 all years...at http://www.twinairusa.com got a call in to them...on a recording sent an e-mail left them a product review on Twin Airs product site its going back later Roger _______________________________________________

well, a hole is made in it easily enough - it's foam, you know. it fits a little tight but it does fit, in my experience. i would buy another one.

I was on a road that was just horrable. The pot holes musta been two feet deep. Went to the cinders and I find that the stock tires really (no really) suck in the loase stuff. But man I had a ball. Untill a beer blew up in my jcw tail box. My riding jacket was in there. P...u Now my KLR is all washed and waxed for the work week coming up. (yes, wash and wax) Damm I love this bike. OK bye............Howard A-18 A beer is a terrible thing to waste But I have more --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!? Friends. Fun. Try the all-new Yahoo! I've got three and have had to put the hole in each one. Haven't ad any problem with mine fitting on the plastic filter cage. Pat G'ville, Nv [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

Have 2 of them, neither one had a hole. Tight? Yeah, but it's foam and stretched easily. millerized
