size of rotor holder wrench?

Anyone know the dimensions of the rotor holder wrench for the KLR650? I need to do the doohickey upgrade, and was just going to have one of the guys at work make a rotor holder wrench, but I need to find out what size it should be. Also, the KLR650 stock carb does _not_ have an accelerator pump, correct? Thanks, --Terry
