Are they all cracked up to be what they say they are? If so what's a good one? I have reservations about the Dual-Star one. I'm up for anything that helps me stay out from under a minivan, SUV, semi or from been impaled on a Toyota's antenna. Thanks again, Aaron

The Dual Star led taillight is all it is cracked up to be and more-----and it is very reasonably priced-------it takes 2 minutes to install, and that's allowing one minute to find your phillips screwdriver It isn't just one LED----I think is has about a dozen and they are spread out your whole taillight lens. The company that makes these for dualstar is out of Canada. I contacted them and found they made one for my 1150GS also. I agree - I have one too and it was easy to install. Its very bright and makes me feel a lot better about sitting first at a light with noone behind me. I turned off the flashy thing (just a jumper setting) and will manually flash it at a stoplight if I see someone coming, In fact, when I used to do that with the old bulb I often wondered if it was even noticed, but I have had people react by stopping way short a couple of times like something was wrong. I know they saw it. Hahaha thats classic... Considered doing something simular with my Navy uniforms last year, but figured I better hang on to them a bit first, did'nt know how bad the Gulf War II was going to turn out and being the King of Cheapo's really did'nt want to have to buy all them expensive uniforms again.
