Please pardon my curiosity, but now that you have made all these mods
and built the "perfect" KLR, why are you selling?

The bike is for sale due to health reasons, I am unable to ride it for anything but short periods of time for the last several months and it is not going to get any better soon. I have held off doing this because this the best bike I have ever owned and it's setup perfectly for me but the time has come to say good bye. This list, and it's members like Mark, Fred, Jake and others have helped me make this bike what I always wanted, Thank you gentlemen! Hey Brad, I hope you're doing well aside from reasons preventing you
from riding. Everyone is concerned where you disappeared to and many
people were/are still asking about you. I sent you an e-mail weeks
ago but never heard back. Anyway, I just want to say it's been
a pleasure having you on the forum and I really hope you will check
in every so often to let us know how you're doing.
I'm fairly confident your bike will sell in a relatively short period
of time considering the impressive list of mods you've done to it,
and the new owner should consider him/herself very lucky to own such
a nice bike.
Best wishes and I hope you feel better soon!

This is a sad day.
Brad, you were an indespensible help at the Seattle Doohickey session in
Feb. That you need to sell your bike is a travesty. I hope it is only
temporary and things change soon for the better.
Good luck!
