Dang... soon as our Wal-Mart opens as a Super Wal-Mart this summer does that mean I can buy parts for me KLR there ? Coolies..... Right now they carry ummmmmm 2 motorcycle filters and neither one fits my KLR, oh but they do stock Delvac 1300 for like $5~6 a gallon. The auto repair section is run by one of my old high school shop teachers, and they have the cheapest oil changes in town. for like $14 I get Pennzoil with a Fram Filter and chassis lube, at least for the trucks and the wifeys car. Maybe when they finish building the Super-Size they can change the name to Scooter-Mart. Dooden Gino, if you send me a freebie MZ Panther I will gladly hand out your business cards to anybody that asks about it. ;-)

low and lazy

Post by Rick Kubik » Fri May 30, 2003 3:06 pm

Here's an unusual problem: couple of days ago I noticed my low beam flickering on and off, now is completely off all the time. High beam still works fine. so power is getting to the switch, at least. The crazy part is that at the same time, the speedo has gotten "lazy" i.e. slow to spool up to speed, slow to wind down once stopped. I mean to check into it fully this Sunday, tracing wires with the multimeter and so on, but just wondering if anyone has encountered and/or fixed this before and could offer suggestions.
