Just pulled the carb on my A-16 to do the carb mods. Guess what, no need to drill the plug out. Either the nice guys at the factory forgot (course it couldn't be a mistake from the factory how silly of me), or it fell out. Any way one less thing to do in the morning. Just thought I'd share.
