Does anyone know if the batteries at WalMart are made by Yuasa? They have one that will fit the KLR for $32.
Thanks - Brad

For $32 does it matter if it says Yuasa or Energizer ?
Battery is a battery when they are cheap to replace. IMHO

Of course it does. What good is a $32 offbrand battery that dies waaay before a Yuasa would? Brad> For $32 does it matter if it says Yuasa or Energizer ? > > Battery is a battery when they are cheap to replace. IMHO > > Dooden >

They used to be, but the last one I bought (3 weeks ago) wasn't. The part # changed and so did the filler caps, acid bottle & country of origin, so I'd say that someone else is making the battery. The battery should be OK though and is cheap enough, although the price jumped $6 in the last 2 years.. Mark B2 A2 A3>Does anyone know if the batteries at WalMart are made by Yuasa? I don't know if they are Yuasa, but I have bought three so far (different bikes) and they seem to hold up better than the OEM units, for less $$$.
Thanks!
