front sprocket torque

hello all i recently repalced stock tires with avon distanzias..both front and rear...i insalled them with the tube...it is written on the tires that they should be inflated to a max of 42psi...i checked my tire pressure today and the pressure of the tires where at 25 psi...they seem to be properly inflated but i am not sure if i should put more air and bring it up to 35-40 psi. anyone on the list with distazias notice this diffrence?? thanks john in nyc a14
