As a long time customer of MAW, I am concerned about the following report. I would encourage MAW to resolve these issues and assure their buying public of their concerns for customer service. I am especially concernced, that if it is true, that MAW has notified the BBB that they no longer wish to respond to nor hear about any complaints a consumer has about them. I'm in the same boat, I have stopped ordering from MAW, & Dual Star, because of the way the prices were jacked up me, with shipping and handling costs. I have found that going to a local dealer and saying, "Hey, I can get that item on line for $20 less" .. has helped me sometimes, when dickering for a cheaper price. MAW is good on those (if you get the right price and free shipping special). I've been really happy with Fred @ Arrowhead Motorsports. Good prices, fast delivery, and good advice. I'm placing an order with him this week for sprockets, brakes, etc. Personally I feel the dealers don't know much about the KLR. my $.02 Philip A-15
