Wouldn't a modern Lenin be riding a red Lamborghini, driven by some
Baywatch clone. After all he would be a worker in a workers' paradise!!

The underlying politics may be leftist, but the part about the
suppression of the history of May Day is dead accurate. There's
a right-wing propaganda machine that sets the tone of public
discussion today. And hey, Conall just gave us the link. You are
the one who dragged big chunks of it onto the board.

I'm certain to mess up the quote, but didn't someone once point out
that those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat its
mistakes? I still say thanks to Conall for the reminder.

I plan valve check/shim as req'd, DPDT safety bypass, and carb
clean'n adjustments, Coolant change, and general close look at
everything. First time the bike came under my wrench. New to me
with almost 14K miles now.
I finally got to read (still can't look at the dual-star site pictures) and looking for more info on the short shock. 1" of lowering sounds about what I'd like. That and progressive front springs and not sure on the front wheel. Might try to find a used hub and lace in a 19" rim for street tires. Is this shock worth the $500 (or is that like peso or something) Ouch, Dan /|\> Dan- > Conservatively, 2 hours is plenty.
