Welcome back Arne, glad to hear you still have the KLR, I've found it to be the perfect vehicle on which to take a "sanity break" when things get a little too hectic.Good thinking on the cerebral storage, I was told if I had half a brain I'd be dangerous...You're all safe.....cosmo --- In DSN_klr650@y..., Motorcycle Accessories Concepts & Design wrote:

I've been real quiet for real long... basically since I relinquished responsibility for running this list close to a year ago now. Life got VERY hectic and I had to go... still is... been in the middle of a tangled separation for over a year now... but I wanted to touch base again, and get a feel for how everyone, and the list, is doing. I'm coming back totally blind to the current LIST politics of the moment. I hope all is well!

How many

Things are well. I broke my foot about 5 weeks ago and just got my cast off. Won't be able to run for another 3 or 4 weeks, but I'm lifting weights and swimming now. Believe it or not, I have one bike, a Suzuki V-Strom that has a special edition paint job courtesy of a couple of vandals that broke into the Suzuki dealers yard a few weeks ago. I sold the KLR and all my other bikes over the past few weeks to save up some money and get ready to open my motorcycle dealership this fall. How 'bout you? Last I heard you were hoping to run a marathon someday. Gino

How many bikes you got now? :)

Last I heard you were hoping to run a marathon someday. Ran two half marathons, and had ankle problems on the right wheel after the second. A decent set of orthitics seems to have fixed that. Did a triatlon at the end of last season, and shortly after began being haunted by groin injuries. I bought a road bike a couple months ago (did the tri with my mtn bike) so my plan is to get healthy and do more triathlons. Lots of fun. If you're swimming already, you're only two skinny wheels away yourself! :) Arne [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

Maiers work well on the 250, interchange with the 650, and the 650 handguards screw right on with some trimming. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo! Health - your guide to health and wellness http://health.yahoo.com
