exhaust questions

Had min KLR stock exhaust for 1 year, a quiet series Trapp with all disc's for the 2nd year. Now it is just getting too loud. Sounds to me like the Laser may be what i'm looking for except I won't ride without a spark arrestor. Anyone know if there's a solution I am unaware of. I am looking for something that loses the helicopter sound. Guess I want the sound of the KTM's I keep seeing on speedvision? Thanks, Mike

Mike, The LPD has a spark arrestor but it is not USFS certified. I think Fred may be working on this issue if I am not mistaken. Some KTM's like the Adventure come stock with Supertrapp exhaust systems........... John --- lucynethel1998 wrote:

You could always spend $20 for Silent Sport packing, and repack your supertrapp. Devon A15 lucynethel1998 wrote:
