Gino, Dealerships are like any other place where I choose to spend my hard earned money. Ask Fred why he is so popular? It is no different for a dealer. All I ask is that they charge a fair price, and deliver what they offer WHEN they tell me. If they have to special order an item, so be it, no big deal. But don't tell me you can have the item here on a specific date, and then start making up stories to CYA when the item isn't here as promised. A relatively clean, service department, with technicians that do the WHOLE job that the customer is paying for. I spent money for a service manual from Fred, because when a "dealer" serviced the brakes on my KLX, they didn't even bother to top off the brake fluid, much less flush the systems. Marshall in Slidell, La off my soapbox for now

Was that 9.5oz each, or for the pair? The laser-cut wrenches from Dual Star were 3.16oz, and you only needed one since they had a 22/24 combo. I know that 6oz (or is it 15oz) doesn't sound like much, but when you carry it in a backpack all day it does matter. At least the 2-liter water bag is mostly empty by the time I get really tired.
