I went to the powersports show in Indy on sunday and i seen this new bike called the Highland 950 v2 outback it is made in Sweden and has a 60 degree v twin,water cooled,dohc,4 valve per cyl. fuel injection,6 spd and 100 hp. and it weighs 315 lb.dry,it has upside down forks,aluminumn bars,excell rims,its black and looks awesome they have a us distibutor and a website that is under cunstruction the adress is www.highlandnorthamerica.com .i wan't one.

It's about time! I was beginning to think they'd never be imported. I just wonder how it stacks up against the KTM LC8. Can't say that the LC8's looks appeal to me like the Highland's does. "Swede"

It was www.highlandmotors.com but it doesn't seem to work. I can assure you this bike is very real, It also comes in supermoto trim, I love it. Adam

A friend of mine from Holland called the other day and we discussed this bike. He told me that this company has gone out of business. This bike (or a prototype) did exist last year. Don't think they ever imported any to the US but there was a web site for this bike.
