2002 prices

I paid 5100 out the door for my 2000. But then again, it was the last ALL green one in the Tampa Bay area and they had those...ack...silver things coming in....so I snatched it up! Still hopin Kaw comes out with a Black line (with lime green trim) or a Team Green Lime edition.... Swampy

I was just quoted $5,000 OTD (2002 KLR650) in NorthWest Ohio.... Then I will use the KAW... 0 down, 0 interest, 0 payments till 1-1-03.... sounded good to me.... and if they can do it then so can the other dealers! You just have to make sure it is paid off before January 03... zman........ zplats wrote: Does anyone think there is a chance of walking (well riding) out of a dealership paying $5000 out the door for a 2002 klr650??? The local shop has one tagged for 5800 out the door, thats tax license set up and he said he'd throw in a set of saddlebags for it, do you think there is a chance of getting 800 bucks knocked off of a price??? I did'nt ask this guy because it is a small shop and I figured he would just laugh at me. Checkout Dual Sport News at http://www.dualsportnews.com Be part of the Adventure! You may be right about the Nolan.. I can't compare as I have the JC Whitney..'Electro"...so far for an econo helmet I do like it less the face shield that scratches easily. The visor can be used at the same time as the faceshield.. and the visor doesn't have the extreme lift affffect normally associated with one... more like more wind resistance butt use it for henerts of hwy miles at times. When shopping for a d/s helmet I was thinking of going with the Nolan N70 but didn't get the complete info on it. Dan P
