Ryan and others, Don't get too stressed about the US KLR model. I am from Australia and we get, for some stupid reason, the C European model. Maybe they think that we don't have any open spaces!!! I would prefer the US model. We DON'T get large tank, adjustable shocks (pre-load only), bash plate, taco and the light assembly is mounted to the bars, no screen. It costs a bomb, with few Auatralian KLR suppliers, to fix most of these to set the bike up for Australian conditions. I think you have the best model. Barry W Canberra - Auatralia
