nklr: women only parking

yet another balancer chain question...
I measured my chain by using the calipers on the side of the chain and
measuring from the center of the first pin to the center of the last.
Does the measurement spec call for inserting the caliper into the chain
and measuring from roller to roller? I just realized that maybe I did it
wrong...
