I had never heard of them until now. They just open a LOWE'S near here so I will have to go. Kobal is made by Williams , a division of Snap on........I have some Williams wrenches form years ago....good stuff.

Checked the site. No mention of where they're made. Probably means China or Taiwan. Every tool these days is guaranteed for life. No big deal if it costs pennies to manufacture. Bogdan

I thought I read made in America.... Willaims is/was an American company and I thinkit is still made in USA. Chinese tools are usually pretty bad.

If you are looking to upgrade the stock carb look at: http://www.aftcarbs.com/Off-Road%20Moto ... ATV%20Carb% 20Products.htm If you can believe the marketing hype you should get about a 10% power boost, lower emmissions and better gas mileage. You should also get much better throttle response since this is not a CV carb. Has anyone tried one of these on a KLR?
