Hello All,
I am looking for side racks to throw some Ortlieb saddlebags over.
Would you buy the racks you have again? Or go another route.
I'm sure this has been discussed before...but what the heck...I'm too
lazy to search the archives after eating so much turkey.
Currently looking at the Mac-D racks...I like the one-piece design.
Thanks In Advance

JG:
You basically have three sources:
Happy Trails: http://www.happy-trail.com
Mac-D: http://members.dencity.com/mac-d/index.html
Five Star: Arrowhead Motorsports is the distributor
http://www.angelfire.com/ut/moab/newproduct.html
I have been using the Happy Trails original side racks
with the Ortliebs and have been very happy with them.

I use the Happy Trails original racks with my Ortliebs. They are probably
overkill, but they work well and look great! Provide tipover protection as
well...

I'm using the Happy Trails rack with the Ortleib clip on bags. Love the
volume and the convenience.
