nklr - ummmm, how do these guys do this?

Post by Rev.Chuck » Wed Nov 21, 2001 5:59 pm

Without doing a few hours of intrinsic photo forensics I would say off the cuff this is a created image. I can see what appears to be pixel bleaching around the botton of the tires (could be a low quality digital recorder also) on http://www.sportbikes.net/forums/attachment.php?s=&postid=378049. Only the rear tire of http://www.sportbikes.net/forums/attachment.php?s=&postid=377654 has the bleaching, but... A good job otherwise, good detail in *through* spaces (spokes, etc.) and it looks as though the suspension is extended. --- denkmal@... wrote:

Try it! That would be a cool shot! But, making it look THAT real is a lot tougher than you might think. If the pics ARE fake, it definitely took someone skilled in photo doctoring... dan

Just for fun I added the KLR650 from the front of my 2002 brochure to the image. Not 5 minutes, but about 30. Yeah I know it's not perfect but here it is. http://www.gocohens.com/bradsstuff/jump.jpg Brad J. Morris A16 in Illinois

Sometimes you get that effect if you are panning the camera to follow the moving object. A friend who shoots F1 cars has tons of ohotos like that, sharp car, fuzzy crowd. Riley A15 Montreal jett@... wrote:
