What can cause the bike not to rev up? We are able to start the bike
but have to keep the throttle open full to keep it running. We opened
the carb, cleaned it and checked the diaphram...seems to be ok. We
then put the carb back...same probelem. We then started the engine
and stuck a screwdriver into the carb through the air vent and lifted
the valve and magic...it picked up. We opened the little bugger again
and discovered that there is a small hole in the diaphram under the
coasting enricher. Can this cause a leak in the vacuum that is
supposed to be created causing the valve not to lift. Can the lack of
vacuum be caused by dirt in one of the jets or something?
