must be cold!!

Post by William Wright » Wed Oct 31, 2001 3:44 pm

You can always tell when the weather takes a turn for the worse across the country. The 2 MC lists I'm on generate about 300 messages a day. And the content . . . instead of using an old faithful like the oil level thread we're trying to decide if a bovine can run a retail motorcycle business or become an utter failure. It's only November and already I yearn for spring. However, I am still riding to work everyday. What? Didn't everyone do 250 miles last weekend? Sorry about that outburst, I know there is already snow in some areas. Bill Wright Hotlanta, GA. I are too. I agree, some of this cow-shit is udderly ridiculous.

No, I got in about that many for work last week, more actually, I got sent to Sacramento (204 miles round trip), at .35 per mile plus my salary. Last weekend I had to do needed bmw maintenance, and Sunday I went for a TT ride....tavern to tavern. This coming weekend I am going to check out the N CA Britbike guys..they are having a ride and barbecue in West Marin. There will be about 250 or 300 oil-dripping light-flickering britbikes of various stages of disrepair and restoration. Today, it's halloween, so I am in the office in my leather suit. I was going to wear my lesbian slut outfit, but I wear that one all the time. It's payday to boot!
