I am trying to track down owner's and service manuals for a 1993 KLR 650. I didn't know if there was anything online or a website that sold them. Obviously I'm trying to get out of spending the $60 for new ones. I was just hoping somebody might know a good resource....thanks

There's that James Bond movie where the bad guys are chasing 007 on their Yamaha XT500's over the Swiss Alps. They must have had some special tires - like studded or something? Anyone know if these can be purchased Stateside? Could be kind of fun to get one of our 18" overnight snowfalls in Denver and take the KLR out for a ride in it.

They show up on ebay from time to time and go cheaply. Also, the Tengai manual is an excellent self-contained manual (no supplement) that works great for the standard KLR650. These are on ebay for $15-$20 usually in new condition. Mark B2 A2 A3

Yahoo rejected my reply, so I'm sending this on the list. Yes, this is the only Tengai manual made and will work very well with your bike (or any KLR650). Mark B2 A2 A3
