Swampy, Even 'though you can't acquire satellites, you should still be able to download any tracks, or waypoints that you have saved. If there is something wrong with it, and you have to send it away, at least you will still have all of your data. I'm not sure if you've done this already or not. Hope this helps. Guy Calgary ----------------SNIP------------------------------------------------ It says its aquiring, but there are no bar graphs for satillites, then it says it needs to configure, then I go through that process, both on autoaquire and on map aquire and still nothing. The whole thing works, just doesn't aquire the sats. Short of sending it to Garmin, anyone have any ideas? Swampy
