Tried the 140 MJ, would not pull 5th gear, Way to lean, I took my stock pipe to a welder friend , He gutted the whole thing, Its all empty in side, I had the whole pipe all the way to the head ceramic coated, Looks like chrome, I had a Cobra pipe that lasted about 2000 miles, Now my bike runs better and sounds real deep not real loud, I took the screen out of the air box, I also reinstalled 15T stock sprocket and can red line in 5th gear, I do not think the KLR has a REV limiter? At topspeed you can roll out of the 150 a tad and not lose anything, tells you its a bit rich. >>

Don't do the slime if you can't do the time! C -- Dr. J. Christopher Krok Project Engineer, Adaptive Wall Wind Tunnel Graduate Aeronautical Laboratories, California Institute of Technology MS 205-45 Phone: 626.395.4794 Pasadena, CA 91125 Fax: 626.449.2677
