I've heard one similar: "Go pack sand". My high school friends and I came up with: "Does a bear sh*t in the desert? - When he's there!" It was used as a definate "maybe, possibly so" statement. Then there was the "Mexican doorbell" someone sitting outside another's house honking the car horn. Talking about being out done was "Just like a Mexican to bring a knife to a gun fight" (this was a common occurance in this area). One time, I heard a local word used in a movie and it blew my mind, can't remember the movie's name. The word was "Girch". It's the name of a family that donated money to help retarded kids. There was a facility built for a center for the mentally disabled, which in their honor was named the Girch Center. Now, Girch means being retarded. "Swede"
