revpack

I've owned Rev Packs for 10 years and am COMPLETELY satisfied. My tank bag still works great. 95% rainproof without a raincover. In fact, after it was 7 years old Rev replaced the velcro for free. Standard warranty I guess. The Saddlepacks work very well too. Although I do pack my stuff in nylon bags for sorting and extra waterproofing. They mount solidly to the KLR. The bags have a strap at the bottom that you can hook up to the passenger footpeg mount to prevent flopping. Be careful with the interior cinch strap. I left mine loose and it melted! Finally, the bags fold up and you store one into the other. The Reveley's own a ranch north of Ojai, CA called the Songdog Ranch which hosts a few motorcycle outings. It is there where they manufacture their stuff. Cool people, great stuff! God I miss living in CA! Best, ALex http://personal.mail.yahoo.com/
