riding in hawaii
Aloha to all of the listers:
Are there any KLR riders/fanatics on this list that live in Hawaii? I was
just trying to establish a regular dual sport group to cruise the roads and
blast the trails with. Let me know, you can reply to me off list.
Mahalo,

new top tripple clamp for klr? worth it?
Hey group,
Among other things, I was was talking to a buddy about prototyping
crap for my A-15, so I can get free goodies....
Anyone interested in a really burly tripple clamp, with
adjustable/replacable bar perches?
it'll be nice to run thicker bars, or pro-taper types. and to get the
right offset so I don't have to "tilt" them so far forward.
the other obvious benifit, is that the stock one is kind of thin, and
I've twisted the stantchions in it.
a machined 7075 billet aluminun on about 2" thick outa do the trick!!
do me a favor, and let me know what you think off-group.
It's purely for selfish reasons that I ask.
