broken in

Just to add my 2 cents... I had the same problem the second time I ever took my bike off road... To fix it I bent the housing back to round, but the fan itself was fried. The motor from the fan had completely demolished the core of the fan. I went to a bike shop and they pulled up an aluminum replacement fan from Muzzi for $40 (just the blades and not the motor!) Now the bike cools much quicker... Just a thought.
