We're here to make you a satisfied customer". There's irony for you. ===== At Anderson Motorsports (www.4andy.com) the same kind of music in the background ("Find out why we're number one in the world in customer satisfaction"...."We have over 200,000 satisfied customers worldwide"). It took 2 months for them to figure out that the pants I ordered were no longer available. It took me calling them repeatedly to get them to find this out. Then they were supposed to ship me the same pant in a different color. Twoo weeks go by. It took me another week and a half to get someone on the phone to "help" me. I finally got a credit to my card (which was charged 3 days after the order was placed even though they couldn't supply the item ordered). So, now, after 3 months of riding in snowboard pants and thick denim, I am still without proper pants thanks to the numbskulled nimrods at Anderson. They didn't even apologize once or acknowledge that they were anything but helpful to me. Just my experience but I will certainly never even think about using them again. dat brooklyn bum _______________________________________________________ Say Bye to Slow Internet! http://www.home.com/xinbox/signup.html
