Uh, I don't know if this is of any importance, as I'm not an attorney, but Korg is a registered trademark. They make electronic keyboards, synthesizers, tuners, etc. I can't imagine that they could care less about a bunch of dirt- squirts being confused with their stuff, but I though I'd throw that out for consideration...
