fork tube cap torque setting

Hello All, Just put in the Larry R springs, some 15W fork oil, and am closing up. Can't find the the torque setting for the fork tube caps in the manual. It may be in the supplement, but I can't locate that right now. Can anyone provide me the proper torque setting? On a side note. Dropped off my rims today and am getting a set of Gripsters installed. Can't wait to scrub 'em in and give 'em a try. The guy that changes the tires on all my bikes, says that he does not like the Gripsters, but he did preface that with "He doesn't like Avon tires in general". His preference for mainly on-road KLR's are Metzler Tourance. A buddy swears by the Pirelli Skorpions. Any thoughts on these other tires compared to the Gripsters? Thanks for the help, Kevin Green
