Actually so long as we don't use their logo, there isn't a legal
problem. I pretty sure you can't Copyright a Name (radio stations can't
copyright their station call letters), you can do a logo design
though. You can Copyright, trademark, register, or SM (forgot that one) a
logo; you can trademark a name, register a name but you can't Copyright
it. So I don't see a reason why we can't use KORG in our logo. Has anyone
checked to see if the other KORG is even registered, TM'd or SM'd, at least
in the US?
For example, I can register my company name and TM my logo but I don't
think I can copyright the name. Besides, that other KORG would have to
prove that their image and subsequent business has been damaged by a bunch
of old, over-weight, balding men wanting to ride their dirt bikes on the
road. What harm could we possibly do to them
