[dsn_klr650] supertrapp ids2 # of discs and jetting questions
Hi Mark,
As you may already know, I have nine discs in my IDS-2 Quiet system. I
installed the Stage-2 Dyno-Jet kit on my A-13. I run a K&N filter and did
the complete airbox mods. shown on MotorMark's web site.
I get no "knocking" at all and the bike runs great. I usually run regular
unleaded but, if I feel extravagant, I'll spring for mid-grade 90 octane
stuff. I don't notice any performance differences between the two. Our
elevation here in the N.E. Okieland area is between 700 and 1000 feet.
Good Luck.
Jim
