Yes, and it is also possible that one or both fork legs are bent as well. Ideally, the front end should be removed and professionally inspected and repaired as necessary. None of the KLR frame or suspension parts are particularly strong. Mister_T> Is it possible that I bent > the lower triple clamp causing this weird skew?

I have one of the Ballistic jackets that I picked up earlier this season. I
like it. Don't know if I'd trust it unconditionally if I ever went down
with it at highway speeds, but I gotta admit it's a very good value for the
price. I was caught in a monsoon level downpour with it on, and it was
pretty water proof. Again not perfect, but considering it's price point,
very good value. Mine has seen the washer twice already and is showing no
signs of wear or tear. A good product for the price
Knowing what I know
about it, I would buy another if I needed to.
