Was checking the Highway Loss Data Institute site today and noticed that Arizona has the highest deaths per hundred-thousand of any state for red-light-running crashes at 7.1. This probably fits right in with what some of you already know, from what I've read on list here. Next is Nevada at 3.9 and Michigan at 3.7. Average for the U.S. is 2.3.
