Terry, Sounds like a fun project. What year is the bike ? A little more history on the bike might be helpful....but I'll speculate anyhow...... Being blind......I'd probably look further for potential gas flow restrictions..........the vacume line to the petcock is clear and sucking? Gas tank vent clear? Floats adjusted? Dead mouse w/nest in the air filter? When you apply throttle does it starve(or die)..... or does it backfire? Slide
