Hi David,
Pro-gel grips work well for me. Other listers have filled their handle bars
with lead shot, etc. but I haven't found it necessary.
Good luck with your A11.

report Agree with Kurt on this. I remember when was shop manager at a Kawa/Yama joint that the farmers were haveing trouble sucking water and mud into the carbs and the little 4 wheelers dieing. Needless to say they were not happy campers having to leave this unit in the rice fields and walk home. We found that raising the vent tubes to under the seat did the job on that problem and it became a normal new unit set up item that was taken care of when servicing a new machine. Ralph, Perhaps you could also consider a throttle lock. I too suffered from right-sided numbness greater than the left side. I diagnosed this, correctly I believe, to result from greater continual contact of the right hand with the grips as opposed to the left. This is obviously necessary in order to overcome the resistance of the throttle spring. My left hand has greater "time away" from the grips than the right hand does.
