have Is the fuel valve off or on when it leaks ? Mine would leak if left in the on position with the bike turned off. Once the valve was turned to the off position the leak would stop. I bought a petcock rebuild kit , consisting of new rubber bladder and other asst pieces. With the kit installed all leaking has stopped. Mike Awesome A1klr650
