I've got a 99 KLR 250 and can't seem to find the helmet lock ... its shown in the manual but doesn't appear to exist on the bike ... anyone have a similar situation?
Also, anyone know of an aftermarket rear spring for the 250? I'm 6'3 and 220 and have the preload cranked all the way, and probobly could use a stiffer spring ....
finally, anyone have any good modifications to KLR 250's they have done?? I'd like to put together a web page specific to the 250 and wonder if there is even enough material or persons with knowledge of 250 specific mods. For the record, I havn't done any mods to my bike (yet) but am interested in others experiences ..
